Are you tired of fighting the Morokai Guild Boss or trying the Guild Raid in Throne and Liberty for the first time? This article acts as your guide in both cases.
Throne and Liberty, the new MMO by Amazon Games, has been celebrated by fans all over the world since its global release on October 1, 2024. Joining or creating a Guild is essential in Throne and Liberty as it majorly focuses on Guild-based battles. Being a member of a Guild, allows the players to participate in Guild Raids, which yield some of the best loot.
Morokai is the first boss you encounter in the Guild Raid. Since Morokai is a level 40 boss, it is recommended to face the boss with Guild members who are past the level.
Morokai can be found in the open world in Carmine Forest. For Guild Raids, you can fight the boss by accessing the Guild Hall if your Guild level is 3 or above.

Morokai Attack Patterns in Throne and Liberty
Let’s analyze Morokai’s attack patterns to play safe during the Guild Raid. The following are the attack patterns and boss mechanism of Morokai. Moreover, these can be applied to the Open World and Riftstone versions of Morokai.
- Morokai’s basic attacks involve hitting the players with lightning zaps regardless of the range.
- The boss performs a Fury Attack, which deals massive damage and even knocks you out if it hits. You can dodge or block this attack by perfectly timing the purple circle indicator on the boss.
- You need to watch out for the purple circles that appear on the ground, as they target random players and explode them with lightning after a gap of a few seconds. It is a wise strategy for the targeted players to move out of the group or move away from other players within the few-second gap to protect them from lightning strikes.
- When Morokai’s health drops below 50%, the boss enters phase 2. The phase 2 battle brings another mechanism into play. After shouting “I will burn everything I see!” the boss prepares to perform a massive AoE lightning attack that deals massive damage to everyone and stuns them. The only way to escape this attack is to hide behind one of the four pillars, as they absorb the lightning and prevent you from the hit.
As for the remaining battle, Phase 1 and Phase 2 repeat. Once you adapt to the attack patterns, defeating the Boss Morokai became an easy job.
