He is a level 61 V Blood Carrier and often roams near the Pools of Rebirth. Once you have defeated him, you will gain the ability to summon Mutant Rats through the Vermin Nest in your castle.

After that, gather and use Grave Dust and Slughe-Filled Canisters in the Vermin Nest, and it will keep spawning Mutant Rats for you. Then you can simply kill those enemies, collect the Mutant Grease, and then repeat the process until you have enough. But, before attempting this, keep in mind that the Vermin Nest needs to be in an enclosed room, or the Rats will start infesting your base.

Lastly, Mutant Grease has many uses in V Rising. This item is needed for making Pristine Leather, which is a requirement for the Dawnthron Armor set.
