Here are our picks for the best games with Juggling Mechanics.

Juggling in video games is the most fun mechanic, whether it be with the help of fighting styles, multiple weapons, combos, or all of them combined. This simple mechanic can really diversify the gameplay system of some games. It even adds a layer of complexity to what would have been a really straightforward gameplay system.
This is my list of the five games that have the best implementation of juggling mechanics.
1) Devil May Cry 5

This is undoubtedly the best implementation of juggling mechanics in a single-player game. Devil May Cry 5 features juggling not only with combos but also with weapons and fighting styles. Nero can launch enemies into the air and keep juggling them there while increasing his air time. While Nero does not feature different weapons or styles, you can still use his grabs and prosthetic arm attacks to add variety to your combos.
Then comes Dante, the epitome of action gameplay. With a wide variety of melee weapons and guns to choose from, he also offers four different fighting styles. There’s so much stuff that you can pull off with Dante while staying in the air. Each style unlocks a completely new moveset, and each weapon comes with a completely new moveset of its own. The combo potential with this character can never truly end.
2) Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza In Hawaii

It is always fun to juggle enemies with the different fighting styles provided in RGG games. There’s something about launching an enemy in the air and then extending the combo potential by switching into different styles. That is where certain Dragon Engine games shine the most. Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii offers the best juggling gameplay system in any RGG game. However, it lacks in the number of fighting styles when compared to Lost Judgment.
The improvements that it features really make up for the number of missing styles. Switching styles has gotten really fast to the point where you can accidentally switch to the wrong style. There is a dedicated jump button, which is a first for Dragon Engine titles and unlocks even more combo potential. Also, this is the first game where RGG Studios themselves have embraced and showcased juggling mechanics.
3) God Of War: Ragnarok

God of War 2018 was a great game, but its gameplay was still lacking something. There just wasn’t enough combo potential in that game. Ragnarok fixed that by not only adding a third weapon but also new movesets for all the returning weapons.
The gameplay mechanics already present in 2018 are made more complex in Ragnarok. This makes the juggling fun and even increases the combo potential of Kratos as compared to God of War 2018.
4) Tekken 8

A list about juggling mechanics would feel lacking if it didn’t include a fighting game. This genre of video games has had juggling mechanics since the dawn of the industry. Tekken 8 is a great example of showcasing juggling to newcomers.
Something as simple as a launcher can be extended into a full-blown combo where you keep your enemy in the air for 10-15 seconds. And then there are the wall splats, floor breaks, and heat crushes that further increase the combo potential of the game.
5) Streets Of Rage 4

Streets of Rage 4 is a great example of a beat ‘em up game featuring juggling mechanics. You can not only juggle using your own combos but also partner up with a teammate to increase your combo variety. Ground bounces and wall bounces further add to the juggling mechanics of the game. The gameplay system might seem really simple on the surface, but there’s a lot that you can pull off in Streets of Rage 4 by juggling enemies.
