How To Obtain Repellent in Blue Prince
Repellent is a rare item, and can be obtained in a few ways. The most reliable method is by relocating the Foundation to the outer room. To do this, draft the Shrine as the outer room and offer 30 coins to receive the Blessing of the Monk effect. This gives the opportunity to draft a room from your house as an outer room for the next day, if you call off the day when standing inside the room.
End the day by standing inside the Foundation and draft it as the outer room on the next day. After calling the day, you will receive a letter from the Home Manager, Anne Babbage, along with the Repellent on the Entrance Hall table.
Moreover, the Repellent can also appear rarely inside the Lost and Found, though it is not guaranteed.

What Is Repellent Used for Blue Prince
As mentioned, the Repellent allows you to temporarily remove a floor plan from the house and the drafting pool. Using the Repellent on a specific room provides a lasting effect for a week, meaning that room won’t appear while drafting for the next 7 days. This is especially useful if you want to exclude the room you dislike (such as the Red Rooms) from the drafting options.
Moreover, using it on the outer room Foundation removes it for a week. Once the effect expires, you will be able to draft Foundation on a new spot. This can be greatly useful if you have placed the Foundation at an unfavorable location. In fact, the Repellent is currently the only method that allows you to move your Foundation.
