Bungie has announced a Destiny 2 and the Witcher Crossover Cosmetics showcasing details on a cosmetic pack coming in Season of the Wish.
In an official Bungie tweet and post, the developers announced a Destiny 2 Witcher crossover cosmetic items. With the launch of the Season of the Wish, you can expect the new Witcher themed items to hit the Eververse store on November 28th.
Destiny 2 and Witcher Crossover Cosmetics
According to the Bungie Post, this is what we can expect from the collection:
Bungie revealed the upcoming in-game collaboration with CD PROJEKT RED coming alongside Season of the Wish on November 28. Guardians can style themselves as monster slayers with new cosmetics inspired by Geralt of Rivia. The crossover includes armor ornaments, a Ghost shell, ship, Sparrow, emote, and finisher.

The Witcher Cosmetics in Destiny 2 will include:
- Armor ornaments (class specific)
- Ghost shell
- Ship
- Sparrow
- Emote
- Finisher
Typically, these items cost around $20 or €18.37.
Witcher and Destiny 2
The Witcher series is a collection of fantasy novels and short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The series follows the adventures of Geralt of Rivia, a genetically mutated monster-hunter for hire. Geralt’s world is one of magic, monsters, and political intrigue, and he often finds himself caught in the crossfire between warring factions.
A crossover cosmetic collaboration between The Witcher and Destiny 2 would allow players to dress their Guardians up as Geralt of Rivia or other iconic characters from the series. This would be a great way for fans of both franchises to show their love for both worlds.
Destiny 2 has received some criticism lately with multiple large-scale layoffs at the company. From the reaction on twitter, this doesn’t seem to be a popular move by Bungie, although a similar one. Will Destiny 2 continue to survive and grow?
