Submachine guns, or SMGs, are incredibly strong in the game for both PVE and PVP kill potential. They have great ad clear with high fire rates and decent-sized mags making them pump out a large amount of bullets in a short time. This SMG is no exception with some strand synergistic perks making it a must-have for any guardians arsenal.
How to Get Synchronic Roulette
Obtaining the Synchronic Roulette drops is quite straightforward. Simply participating in public events, opening chests, completing activities on Neomuna have a chance to drop you more rolls on the Synchronic Roulette. You can also obtain them as random drops from the Neomuna Location Vendor, Nimbus or the Terminal Overload activity.

Barrel: For the barrel perk, we are going with Fluted Barrel. This will give you a boost in stability and handling helping you be more accurate and take less flinch while also allowing you to ready and aim the weapon faster.
Magazine: With the magazine we are going to improve the weapons reload speed and stability by choosing Flared Magwell. This boost in reload will synergize well with our other perks on the weapon.
Column 3 Perk: Pulse monitor is a great third column choice. It gives a boost in handling and reloads your weapon when you are wounded, even if the weapon is stowed or currently in use. The health condition doing even require you to full have your shields broken just a little over half health left.
Column 4 Perk: For our final perk, Hatchling is the obvious choice. This gives us a threadling on a precision final blow giving great strand synergy and a strong perk to give some ad clear potential.
Masterwork: Reload masterwork is a must have. With a low base reload speed, this boost will help the weapon feel a lot less clunky while reloading and letting us push out as much damage as possible.
Mod: Minor spec in your mod slot gives you increased damage to minor enemies. Since this weapon’s primary function is killing low health targets as quick as possible to reduce the amount of enemies, this mod feeds into the weapons usage.
Conclusion: Precision frame submachine guns are incredibly easy to use in PVE due to their intrinsic frame perks and slower fire rate making it easier to land consistent shots. With a great selection of perks and strong stats on a great frame this is a sure fire pickup.

Barrel: The barrel choice is Smallbore. This gives us a boost in range and a boost in stability allowing us to reach out further with the weapon and giving us more manageable recoil and a reduction in flinch.
Magazine: Ricochet rounds are the choice for our mag. These give a slight boost in range and in stability while giving a passive bonus that the bullets can ricochet around corners finishing off an enemy that may have just stepped out of your line of sight.
Column 3 Perk: Pulse monitor is a great third column choice. It gives a boost in handling and reloads your weapon when you are wounded, even if the weapon is stowed or currently in use. Column 4 Perk: Kill clip is a must have PVP perk. SMGs have great kill potential so securing your first kill is quite easier and kill clip makes the second kill even easier with a large damage boost.
Masterwork: As with a lot of the perks for PVP, we are going with a Range masterwork. This makes the weapon perform outside of its base range making it easier to secure kills from a further range.
Mod: For mod choice we are going with Icarus Grip. Since SMGs have good base aim assist, we are going to focus more on in air playstyle. With the Airborne Effectiveness system in the game this will allow you to land any airborne shots easier.
Conclusion: Submachine Guns are incredibly strong in PVP and some of the best all around performing weapons in the game. This SMG is no different, giving great perks and solid range to compete at any level of skill.
