Welcome to Destiny 2 Under Your Skin God Roll guide. The weapon is a void precision frame bow released in Season of the Risen. Bows are frequently used in all areas of PVE due to their near-unlimited range and useful perks and can be potent team shooting weapons for PVP. Like other seasonal weapons, this weapon will not be regularly obtainable after the Lightfall DLC release.

How to Obtain Under Your Skin
In order to obtain and craft this weapon you need the season pass for Season of the Risen, and the Witch Queen DLC. You can receive it as a drop completing Risen seasonal activities or focus it through the seasonal kiosk in the Helm. The Under Your Skin is crafted upon obtaining and completing five deepsight resonance versions of the weapons. There are two upgrades you will need in your seasonal upgrade path to ensure you are farming as efficiently as possible: Weapon Decoding Clearance, and Deepsight Requisition.
PVE Under Your Skin God Roll

String: For the string, we are going with Elastic String. This string gives the largest reduction to our base draw time and effectively increases our damage by allowing us to draw the bow faster.
Fletching/Shaft: The obvious choice here is Carbon Arrow Shaft. This perk gives the bow faster reload which allows you to notch an arrow faster and stability which lets you hold a perfect draw longer for a larger window on maximum arrow damage.
Perk 1: Archer’s Tempo is the perk we are using as it gives a draw time buff after hitting a precision shot that lets us draw our bow faster than the base stats would allow. This is incredibly strong since bows are very easy to land headshots with.
Perk 2: Lastly, Explosive Head is the must have choice here. It converts some of the arrows damage into boosted explosive damage effectively giving the bow infinite range and a little bit of AOE damage.
Masterwork: Draw time masterwork here allows us to reach the fastest base draw time until perks like Archer’s Tempo take effect.
Mod: Major spec in your mod slot gives you increased damage to major enemies such as champions. Since this weapon already one shots most low health enemies, we want to give a small damage boost to a larger health enemy type.
Conclusion: The Under Your Skin is a fantastic bow with some of the best bow perks for damage and all PVE usage. With the perks selected you have a really balanced performing bow with great damage. Giving you an edge in even the most difficult content.
PVP – Under Your Skin God Roll God Roll

Fletching/Shaft: Fiberglass Arrow Shaft is a must have here. It increases our accuracy and since it’s very important to land every arrow you fire in PVP with such a slow TTK (Time to Kill) already.
Perk 1: Archer’s Tempo is the perk we are using as it gives a draw time buff after hitting a precision shot that lets us draw our bow faster than the base stats would allow. This is incredibly strong since bows are very easy to land headshots with.
Perk 2: Successful Warm-Up is the winner in this column. After a kill, it increases our draw time past the weapons base draw time and stacks with Archer’s Tempo. Giving us an insanely fast drawing bow on getting a kill and landing a precision shot.
Masterwork: Following a similar theme we are going with a Draw Time masterwork. Paired with our string this will give us the maximum base draw time before perks.
Mod: Targeting Adjuster is a great choice here. This gives a small boost in your aim assist making your bullets more likely to hit the target.
Conclusion: The Under Your Skin is a sound choice should you like using bows in PVP. Bows are more of a niche weapon in crucible activities, but can be very powerful in the right hands and in teamshotting scenarios.
The Under Your Skin bow has great base stats giving a fantastic weapon out the gate. With its plethora of solid perks, it is a must have for any guardian’s arsenal.
