Destiny 2 Void Titan Solo Build
The Destiny 2 Void Titan Solo Build is all about buffs, utility and control. This is the subclass that provides huge buffs and you’ll want to bring when needing support.
Last Updated March 2, 2023. Destiny 2 has gone through a major change with their modding system. Making mods much easier and simpler to understand but taking some of the old metas and either eliminating them or making them relevantly the same. For instance, the “well” mods most players have been accustomed to have been completely eliminated and really the only system and combination is based of orbs of power. The mod loadout you see today will change over time as we become accustomed to new and shifting meta in Destiny 2 Lightfall. This loadout has been tested and works, so check back frequently as we will be updating these builds throughout the season and expansion.
Should you play Void Titan Solo?

What is the Best Destiny 2 Titan Build?
The Void Titan excels at add control and control. You can use your super “bubble” to create a safe space and increased damage. Your grenades are super powerful and now in Lightfall you can proc volatile rounds at will making this build even stronger. Consider this a great build choice for folks looking for something very durable with huge AoE potential.

Abilities
Some abilities, aspects and fragments need to be unlocked before use. In order to do that, Destiny 2 players need to visit Ikora in the Tower and do the related quest or purchase them from her. Lastly, if you bought new aspects and fragments don’t forget to “meditate”. Simply click the “meditate” option on the table next to Ikora.
Void Buffs & Debuffs
Lightfall saw a revamp of core buffs and debuff for each class.

- Void Breach (New!)
- Void Breaches are created by a selection of new and existing Void Fragments, and grant class ability energy on pickup.

Kinetic Weapons
PvE is always a situational piece in Destiny. What content you are doing always has a significant effect on your loadout. I will list some great options that work in most situations but note that you will most likely have to change things out. This build encourages you to use stasis weapons over anything else to get that sweet damage buff though.
If you have a special weapon here, run a primary in your energy slot or vice versa. You can also run primary weapons in both slots, but double special weapons are typically not the best play except in very certain situations. Remember that these are suggestions and you will definitely have to switch weapons out.

Armor Stats
Here is the priority of where we want our highest stats for this build. Pump up your resilience and then try to spread everything else out fairly evenly with spikes here and there. In order of importance:- Resilience - Resilience is king is PvE. It has exponential returns and it pays to put as much as you can into it. The difference between 90 and 100 is 8 percent damage mitigation. That's huge!
- Recovery - Survival is the most important thing in PvE. The higher your recovery the faster you get back into the fight.
- Discipline - Grenades are our debuff battery so its super important to have a high uptime on these. Unlike other builds, where Heart of Inmost Light on Titan make these stats less important, we do want to have decently high stats here to keep our abilities up.
- Intellect - We also are going to be using our super more than most builds as its another corner of our support build. Get it high but not as high as discipline.
- Strength - Shield Throws help us make enemies volatile so getting our melee ability back quickly is very helpful.
- Mobility - As a Titan, we don’t need a lot of Mobility. It will help with jumping puzzles but that’s really it.
- Mobility - <50 (higher is fine if you’ve hit other markers)
- Resilience - 100
- Recovery - ~60
- Discipline - >80
- Intellect - ~70
- Strength - ~60

Important Mods

Armor Modification Change: these mods will seem foreign to returning players with Lightfall changing the entire system. The system you build around now is only orbs of power. You also see an armor charge mechanic and some of the previous mechanics for generating orbs of power and previously used mods. This system is evolving, and we will continue to make changes as we gain a better understanding of the new mod system. Here’s a list of all the current armor mods.
Artifice Armor Change: provides an extra +3 to whatever stat you want this should help you reach these stat goals.
Artifact Change: The artifact no longer provides mods instead it reduces the costs of some of the mods and provides passives as you level up and unlock them. Season 20 Artifact.
