How to Get Deliverer in Fallout 4
In Fallout 4, you must first ally/join the Railroad organization, speak to Deacon, and complete the Tradescraft quest to get Deliverer. You can find the Railroad HQ inside the crypt of the Old North Church, which is near the west coast of Cambridge.
First, when you initially visit this location, the secret entrance will be locked. At the end of the basement tunnel ends at a golden Freedom Trail marker. This circular marker will have the words “The Freedom Trail – Boston” and an arrow pointing to the left. You can interact with this marker and turn the words clockwise and counterclockwise.
Therefore, turn the dial to spell the word ‘Railroad’ and then the secret entrance on the left will open. You’ll immediately be confronted by the Railroad leader, Desdemona. She will speak to you and then you will automatically receive the quest for Tradecraft. This quest will first ask you to speak to Deacon, and he will ask you to meet him out on the old highway. Follow him to the Switchboard, complete the ques objectives, and then Deacon will give you Deliverer at the conclusion.

How to use Deliverer
The Deliverer is a compact semi-automatic handgun equipped with a suppressor. It is arguably the best modified 10mm pistol in Fallout 4, especially with its VATS Enhanced effect. This modifier gives the pistol an improved VATS hit chance and 25% less AP cost. The suppressor weapon mod gives extra damage via Sandman Perk from the agility SPECIAL Stat and is a perfect weapon for a sneak build. You can also use the Ninja Perk to stack even more damage while stealth!
The magazine size on this pistol is a bit small, but the Large Quick Eject Mag is the obvious choice for a magazine mod. This will not only increase the magazine capacity to 16 but will also give you a boost to reload time. Additionally, likely because the weapon already came with a suppressor mod, no other muzzle mod options are available.
Overall, the Deliverer is a great side-arm in Fallout 4 and retains its usefulness throughout the game. Consequently, if you’re already planning on joining the Railroad to get the Tinker Tom Special, then it’s worth picking this gun up.
