Welcome to our guide for Hogwarts Legacy – Lodgok’s Loyalty Quest!
Hogwarts Legacy is a single player, action RPG based on the magical world of Harry Potter. With an endless amount of places to explore and magical spells to learn, there is always something to do and discover. Read on below to follow this Hogwarts Legacy quest!

Lodgok’s Loyalty Quest
- Find the entrance to the mine
- This is obviously outside of Hogwarts so use floo fast travel if you can, or fly over on a broom or mount
- Enter the Coastal Mine
- Search for Lodgok
- Head down the large stone stairs and around the path where you will immediately run into some goblin Loyalists in the first room
- Afterwards, head to the west side of the room (right from the door you came through) and find a mind cart you can ride
- After getting off the cart, head straight forward, up the short stairs and then up another set to the right. Turn right and then a quick left to come to another pull chain platform.
- Pull the platform towards you with Accio, jump on, and then Accio the pull chain on the far ledge to pull the platform over.
- Head straight up and over the metal bridge and you have to fight more Loyalists on the other side
- When the fight is finished, move down the stairs towards the quest marker for a pull chain puzzle that is exactly the same as the one you just did
- Move forward into another goblin fight
- After defeating all the enemies, continue into the room with the orange glow. There will be a boiler in there. Light the wood underneath and an elevator will come down.
- Upper Level
- After you come off the elevator take an immediate left and head up the stairs
- A short cut scene will trigger when you arrive in the next room, which leads to a fight with goblins and trolls
- Collapse all pillars to destroy the drill
- Use the Revelio spell to highlight all the pillars and then destroy them all with Confringo
- There will then be a cut scene with Ranrok and Lodgok
- Exit the mine
- Through the gate and down the stairs, then an immediate left will take you out
