In this guide, we are going to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of one of the most powerful Taedal’s Tower bosses, the Lightning Jump Attacker.
Throne and Liberty focus majorly on guild-based combat, but there are some challenges that you will have to tackle solo. Taedal’s Tower is a secret dungeon in Throne and Liberty that you have to conquer alone. You can access it by interacting with a strange painting in the Starlight Observatory Ruins.
What Is the Required Level for Lightning Jump Attacker?
Taedal’s Tower has 20 floors, with each floor having a different boss enemy. The Lightning Jump Attacker deals high damage and is not that easy to defeat. Since each floor of the Taedal’s Tower mission must be completed in order, you need to deal with the Floor 12 boss Scorpos and reach at least level 38 to encounter the Lightning Jump Attacker.
How to Defeat Floor 13 Lightning Jump Attacker in Throne and Liberty
The Lightning Jump Attacker is definitely one of the toughest bosses you will encounter in Taedal’s Tower. The battle starts with a puzzle-like mechanism, where you are required to pass energy from red rocks to blue rocks by connecting the in-between rocks. This puzzle also appears a few times mid-battle. Once it is solved, the Lightning Jump Attacker jumps into the arena. He has various moves that deal massive damage, and some of his attacks can also stun you.
- As his name suggests, he will jump from his location to yours causing AoE damage. This can be evaded or blocked if timed perfectly with the purple circle indicator.
- The Lightning Jump Attacker lifts his foot and stomps hard on the ground causing a lightning effect that deals wide area damage. You can also block this attack.
- He summons lightning bolts that pass from one end to the other end of the arena. Stick to the free area with no lightning bolts. If he is enraged, the free area gap will be smaller.
- When you go a little far from him, he will unleash lightning punches by slamming his fists into the ground, which triggers area damage for the entire arena. This can’t be avoided or blocked.
- During the battle, he will jump and disappear. You will then have to solve the stone puzzle again.

Best Weapons to Use Against Lightning Jump Attacker
Using melee weapons is a great choice against the Lightning Jump Attacker. If you create a gap, he will perform the unblockable lightning fist attack, which you don’t want. Stick close to him and do melee weapon damage. Opt for a Greatsword, a Sword and Shield, or a Staff. Since his attacks will cause much damage, don’t forget to get some health potions.
