The Giant Ant Commander is a boss found on Floor 8 of Taedal’s Tower in Throne and Liberty and requires you to be Level 28 at the very least.
The medieval fantasy world of Solisium has countless enemies to face, ranging from goblins and Orcs to powerful mages and warriors. The real challenge, however, is in Taedal’s Tower. This 20-floor dungeon holds some of the game’s most challenging enemies, and the Giant Ant Commander on Floor 8 may just be the most gruesome.

What Is the Level Required for Giant Ant Commander?
The Giant Ant Commander is the dungeon boss on Floor 8. You have to be at a minimum level of level 28 to face this boss. The level required for the dungeon bosses increases as you go higher up in the tower.
How to Defeat Floor 8 Giant Ant Commander in Throne and Liberty
The Commander is a tank of a boss that regularly charges at you. The boss also has minion Exploding Ants that rush at you and explode so you will have to constantly stay on the move. The exploding ants rush at you right after spawning and give a small window to escape before detonation. Keep track of your surroundings and watch out for the ants.
The Commander also deploys a poison fog that covers the entire arena and cannot be avoided. The poison will drain away your HP, so you will have to use Detox Herbs to deal with it quickly.
Best Abilities to Use for Giant Ant Commander
We recommend using the Valiant Brawl active skill. This is a Greatsword skill that deals four strikes in a row, with the final strike dealing large chunks of damage. Another skill we recommend is the DaVinci’s Courage. This is another skill (passive) that you can use to boost max health, health regen, and attack speed.
Best Weapons to Use for Giant Ant Commander
We recommend taking the fight right to the boss with a melee weapon. The boss is aggressive and will routinely close the distance, and the poison fog may make it difficult to take the fight at a distance. Use a Greatsword to deal large chunks of damage to the boss and win the fight.
