Boots of Uninhibited Kushigo
In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Boots of Uninhibited Kushigo are a great end-game pair of boots which are gear especially for the Monk class. When equipped, the wearer is granted the Experienced and Deadly bonus feature. Experienced and Deadly grants an increase to damage with unarmed strikes based on their Wisdom Modifier.
While any class can wear this pair of boots due to their lack of any kind of armour proficiency requirement, they would be almost exclusively beneficial to Monks. Monks are typically the only class in Baldur’s Gate 3 which do unarmed melee damage.

How to Get Boots of Uninhibited Kushigo in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Boots of Uninhibited Kushigo in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to progress the story to the point where you’re leaving the Shadow-Cursed Lands and entering Act 3. You’ll immediately enter Wyrm’s Lookout with your camp already in place. If you can, Short Rest your character or heal them up before getting ready to bed down for the night. A story event will happen here, which will interrupt your sleep and before you get the refreshing benefits of full HP and spell slots from a Long Rest.
You’ll be called into the Astral Prism to help your Spirit Guardian, who is under attack. They will reveal their true selves, and you will have to choose between attacking them or the Githyanki monks. Be aware that at this point of the story, you can’t really effectively make this choice yet. Trying to side with the Githyanki now will just result in a Game Over. You’ll get a chance to make this choice for ‘real’ later on.
For now, side with the Emperor, and fight the Githyanki. When the battle is over look for one by the name of Prelate Lir’i’c. Click to loot and you will find the Boots of Uninhibited Kushigo!
