ARK: Survival Ascended is an Unreal Engine 5 remake of the original ARK: Survival Evolved game. It transports players to a mysterious world filled with dangers at every turn. Your mission is clear: survive, escape, hunt, craft, and build to achieve your goals. And it turns out that the Dreadnoughtus, a new dinosaur, can be your new means to achieve your goals.
In the unforgiving world of ARK: Survival Evolved, creatures aren’t just fascinating inhabitants of an ancient and dangerous land; they’re your allies, resources, and foes. These creatures play a vital role in your quest for survival, each offering unique attributes and abilities to aid or challenge you on your journey. With over 140 dinos and creatures already roaming the vast landscape. ARK: Survival Ascended introduces five exciting new creatures, each with distinctive mechanics that promise to add fresh experience to this old but fantastic game.
Wildcard Revealed NEW Dreadnoughtus Dossier
Dreadnoughtus is a gigantic new creature available in the ARK Survival Ascended, Extinction DLC. Wildcard finally revealed a new Dossier for the new Dreadnoughtus. This massive dinosaur has a territorial nature and will attack anything the size of a Spinosaur or bigger if it feels threatened or enemies show nearby. The creature can absorb many attacks thanks to his rough and plated hide and charge a weakening growl that will make it easier to kill its enemies.
Players can use this ability once the creature is tamed. Its size and defenses make it a fantastic war mount that can disrupt opponents. The biggest advantage in combat is that this Dreadnoughtus can carry on its back. You can equip a platform on it, and it becomes a living turret tower with a size comparable to something between Brontosaurus and Titanosaurus.
For now, that’s everything we know. Its curious blue, almost luminescent pattern on the long neck suggests that the changed Earth’s hazardous environment influenced Dreadnoughtus. We’ll post more about this majestic creature once Studio Wildcard reveals more.
