How to get Bracing Band in BG3?
To get the Bracing Band in Baldur’s Gate 3 you’ll need to complete the Find the Missing Boots quest by turning in Thulla’s boots to Sergeant Thrinn. To get started, find either Duergar Slave-Hunter named Gekh Coal or a Deep Gnome named Thulla. Both quest givers intersect who are looking to obtain or use the Boots of Speed.
First, move to the Underdark via Feather Fall and locate Thulla. She is dying of poison and will die if uncured. Thulla carries the “missing boots” on her and will give them to you if you agree to help her Grymforge gnomes. She can be cured with Lesser Restoration, Lay on Hands, or Protection from Poison. Once cured, she will give you these boots willingly. Moreover, you can loot her if she dies from poison or steals and pickpocket these boots. Either way, obtaining them is your number one priority.

Moreover, do not bring Glut with you, who’s within the Mycoid Colony and a part of another related quest chain. If you do, this will cause combat immediately.
You want to ask Geth what he’s doing down here, which will trigger the “Sergeant Thrinn’s Boots,” which is what you are after returning. Say that you will help locate the missing boots and avoid combat. or that you have them and will return to Sergeant Thrinn.
Complete Find the Missing Boots
To complete the Find the Missing Boots quest, obtain the Boots of Speed from Thulla. you can either pickpocket her, cure her and she will reward you with them, or let her die and loot her corpse. The next step is to either return to Geth or simply head to the Grymforge via the boat. Avoid combat on the boat trip over if possible. As soon as you arrive, move to the Abandoned Refuge up a staircase to coordinates (X:-626, Y:331). Here, you will find Thrinn, where you can return the boost and obtain your reward. Pick the Bracing Band.

The best way to use Bracing Band is by shoving a creature with your bonus action each turn. This can be helpful if your class doesn’t have a useful bonus action skill early in the game.
