The Halberd of Vigilance grants an Initiative bonus, and you can buy it at Moonrise Towers in Act 2 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).

In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Halberd of Vigilance is the most powerful halberd in the game and it can be picked up in Act 2. It provides a weapon enchantment bonus of +2 and on top of the standard slashing damage it causes you will also deal an extra 1-4 points of Force damage. The titled perks on this weapon give the user nice boosts to both Initiative and provide Advantage under certain circumstances.
For example, the Sentinel Weapon bonus grants you +1 bonus to all Initiative rolls, which will allow you to take your turn in combat earlier than before. Moreover, this perk also grants the user Advantage on Perception Ability Checks. Secondly, the Adroit Reflexes perk grants you Advantage whenever you make an Attack Roll as a reaction.

How to Get Halberd of Vigilance in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get the Halberd of Vigilance in Baldur’s Gate 3 you’ll need to make your way to Moonrise Towers in Act 2 and speak to the bugbear Lann Tarv, who sells this weapon as a merchant. You can find Moonrise Towers in the far southwest portion of the Shadow-Curse Lands map.
In get inside the Tower, you’ll need to convince the guards outside of it that you’re a friend through dialogue checks. Once inside the tower you can easily find the bugbear merchant Lann Tarv just to the right/west in the central area after you come in down the stairs. When you first interact with him, he’ll have some decent items for sale, including the Enraging Heart Garb. You will also find the Halberd of Vigilance as the first item available in his inventory!
