To get Junobote’s Juggernaut Warblade in Throne and Liberty you must defeat the Level 50 Junobote in the Sanctum of Desire or Stonegard. Additionally, the Junobote’s Juggernaut Warblade also has a chance to drop from the Level 50 Junobote in a Normal Guild Raid.
The Sanctum of Desire is located on the east side of the world map, in the Manawastes zone, northeast of Sanctuary Oasis. The Manawastes is a Level 43-45 zone, so make sure your character isn’t underleved before you attempt this area.
Additionally, the Sanctum of Desire is only accessible during rainy weather. You also must complete the Chapter 4 Frenzy of Wraiths Milestone called Lingering Hatred. To do this, you must be part of a guild. Then, working together all members must complete 100 Resistance Contracts in the Greyclaw Forest.
