To get the Seemingly Gleaming Ring in Baldur’s Gate 3 you must find Carm’s Garm clothing shop during Act 3, steal from the NPC Naaber, and then speak to him repeatedly.
Step 1- How to Find Carm’s Garm
When you first arrive in Act 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3, you will be outside of the city in Rivington. Make your way north to the guarded bridge that leads into Wyrm’s Rock Fortress. This large bridge is lined with shops and other places of business, and you can find Carm’s Garm clothing shop at the end of the bridge on the right/east side.
As soon as you go inside, Naaber will immediately make himself known. Moreover, if you ignore him, he’ll follow you and your party around until you speak to him. Start a conversation and choose whichever dialogue options you like in any combination.
Step 2- Steal the Absolute Confidence Amulet
Then, when the conversation ends, speak to him again. Click the Character Select button on the lower left of the screen and switch to another character who has a high-level Sleight of Hand skill. We recommend Astarion if your own character isn’t skilled enough.
Move Astarion around behind Naaber and pickpocket the Absolute Confidence Amulet from Naaber.
Step 3- Claim the Seemingly Gleaming Ring
Return to speaking with Naaber. You’ll have to start conversations with him several times, going one by one through all of the available dialogue options.
Finally, at the end of the conversation gauntlet, Naaber will reward you with the Seemingly Gleaming. This accessory will automatically be placed in your inventory.
