The primary bonus here is the extra Radient damage the weapon deals along with Radiant Strike. On a successful hit, you will inflict one turn of Radiating Orb upon your target. Radiating Orb is a condition where those inflicted have –1 to Attack Rolls per remaining turn. It also sheds bright light in an area surrounding it.
The weapon’s strength against the Undead is found in the Sanctified Weapon perk. This gives a chance for a successful hit against an Undead creature to possibly inflict the Turned condition. A Turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from the creature who turned it as possible, without attacking. The condition only goes away when the creature takes damage.
