The mechanic of catching Pals differentiates Palworld from other survival games. As the game celebrates its first anniversary, players might want to know about the future prospects of the game.

Future Updates and Collabs
With the latest update of Feybreak Island, Palworld re-ignited fans’ hearts by introducing new content. The update came with brand-new Pals, items, and locations, which made the game more enjoyable. The developers also included a collaboration weapon, “Terraria’s Meowmere Sword,” as their first step toward more collaborations. Players can expect more indie collaborations and in-game updates in 2025.
Mac and Mobile Release
In 2024, Krafton, famously known for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, revealed that they are working on a Palworld mobile port. However, there is no confirmed release date for this project, but players can expect good news in 2025, as the developers might make an announcement on January 19th, the 1st anniversary.
Pocket Pair, the developers behind Palworld, have announced the game’s Mac port release date. The port was set to release on November 26th, but due to some reasons, it will now be released on February 26, 2025. However, there is very little chance of Palworld being released on Nintendo Switch after the whole lawsuit problem.
Palworld is bringing more and more content into the game, such as mobile and Mac ports, Steam-Xbox crossplay, possible collaborations, and updates, which makes this monster-taming game worth playing in 2025.
