After completing the prayer, you will receive the task of delivering information about several people who require contracts to be fulfilled from the Dark Brotherhood.

Once you receive the contract information, the next step is to deliver it. To do so, you must head to Cheydinhal, which lies between the Imperial City and Morrowind.
