Instead of using Dragon Age Keep, players will select tarot cards representing their past choices, creating a personalized narrative. Developers took this approach to adapt to the technological differences between older games and the new Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Other Returning Characters in Dragon Age: The Veilguard
We know about the Inquisitor’s legacy and return in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Also, we saw Varrick, Solas, and Harding in the revealed gameplay. Yet, there are speculations about who else will return. During the Q&A, one of the fans asked developers about Hawke. They said that the protagonist from Dragon Age 2 won’t be part of the new game. Consequently, we can assume that we won’t meet Alistair, who, with specific choices, returned in Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition.
