Assassin’s Creed Shadows brings back this Ubisoft staple in the form of castles. Castles are basically enemy camps and outposts, as you remember them from Valhalla, but they are designed to incorporate the superior stealth mechanics of AC Shadows. 

There are several castles for you to infiltrate in the game, with the Fukuchiyama Castle being one of the harder ones in the game. This castle presents you with five Samurai Daisho to assassinate, with a ton of XP and Legendary gear as a reward upon completing the castle. Where Is Fukuchiyama Castle in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Fukuchiyama Castle is in Fukuchiyama city, located deep in the center of the Tamba region of AC Shadows. The closest waypoint to the castle is the Ruins of Kumoryuji Temple in the Tamba Highlands. Make your way northwest from this fast-travel point and through the highlands to reach the castle. Alternatively, you can approach the castle from the Mount Akaiwa fast-travel point, which is northwest of the castle. 

Fukuchiyama Castle Samurai Daisho Locations in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Fukuchiyama Castle has five Samurai Daisho that you need to assassinate. We recommend sneaking about the rooftops on your early approach and scouting the area for all the guards. You will find the five Samurai Daisho in the following locations: 

• Samurai Daisho #1: The first Samurai Daisho is in a courtyard on the southernmost end of the castle. 
• Samurai Daisho #2: After killing the first, walk around the perimeter wall and make your way northwest. You will find the second Daisho on this path near the buildings to the northwest.  
• Samurai Daisho #3: Once again, stick to the perimeter and circle to the northern end of the castle. You will find your third target near the buildings on the northernmost end of the castle.  
• Samurai Daisho #4: Once the third is dealt with, stick to the border and reach the eastern end of the castle. The fourth Samurai Daisho is near a tower on the northeastern end of the castle. This is the same tower as the Fukuchiyama Tenshu viewpoint. 
• Samurai Daisho #5: The fifth and final Samurai Daisho is in the middle of all four targets, towards the center of the castle grounds.

Fukuchiyama Castle Legendary Chest Location and Rewards in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Fukuchiyama Castle Legendary Chest is in the same building as the Fukuchiyama Tenshu viewpoint. This building is on the northeastern end of the castle grounds. The Legendary Chest will give you the following rewards: 

• 3,000 XP
• 5 Mastery Points
• Kasa of the Legendary Ronin – Legendary Helmet
