Assassin’s Creed Shadows Saika Castle Guide: All Samurai Daisho Location and Rewards

Here is a quick guide to the Saika Castle in Assassin’s Creed Shadows to help you raid the location efficiently and reap good rewards.

Saika Castle is one of the more fortified castles in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. There are several castles that you will find in this game and they serve as interesting side activities for Naoe to complete. However, some like Saika can be pretty challenging to complete. We say this specifically because Samurai Daishos are in this castle. Additionally, the rest of the guards can make your experience painful. This Saika Castle in the game is located in KII. You have to head to the west-most coast of this region to find the castle in question.

All Samurai Daisho Locations in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

As we all know, Samurai can be tough opponents to take down in open combat, especially if you are playing as Naoe. So, when you infiltrate the Saika Castle, we recommend that you assassinate them, instead of getting into a sword-fight. The reason behind this recommendation is the fact there are three Samurai Daisho that you must eliminate in this castle. Assassinating your way through these big enemies will be the best option here.

Use your Observation skill to spot and mark all three Samurai Daisho before jumping to assassinate them. You can do this by sticking to rooftops or using stalking zones to your advantage. Once done, make a short plan for each Samurai and execute them one by one. You will have the tools to improvise whenever needed.

Saika Castle Legendary Chest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Legendary Chest is your reward for all the trouble Naoe goes through as a shinobi infiltrating a castle. Once you have killed all three Samurai Daisho, you will be able to access the Legendary Chest in Saika Castle. It’s important to be discreet while approaching the chest because if a guard spots you, they will attack on sight. On the contrary, a civilian might spot you and alert the guards.

When looking at the map, the Legendary Chest is located in the bottom right area of the large building in the center. This large building is in the left section of the Saika Castle. When you finally open it, you will find the following rewards inside:

• 3000 XP
• 3 Mastery Points
• Legendary Kanabo
