The word “Kanabo” translates to Metal Stick. It is a Japanese warclub with spikes coming out of it. So we can safely say it was a formidable weapon in Feudal Japan. Originally, it was used by the Samurai. However, due to its size, only the strongest warriors wielded this weapon of destruction. Therefore, developers of Ubisoft Québec thought that such equipment would be perfect for the tank protagonist in AC Shadows.

Both Protagonists in Assassin’s Creed Shadows enjoy six different Skill Trees each. Yasuke has five trees dedicated to his variety of weapons and one for his Samurai techniques. Additionally, each has six different ranks, which you can unlock by gathering Knowledge Points in Shadows.

However, the abilities in those ranks require a different currency named Mastery Points. In addition, Yasuke’s Kanabo Skill Tree has various abilities that will allow players to turn him into a walking wrecking ball in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Yasuke’s Knowledge Rank 1 for the Kanabo

The first rank or tier in Yasuke’s Kanabo Skill Tree has three different abilities. This is only the beginning of his progression, so you might not find some of these skills flashy. However, they will certainly become the platform for you to craft the rest of your build.

Tier 3 follows its predecessors and hosts three abilities in Yasuke’s Kanabo Skill Tree. It possesses a balanced mix of different abilities, such as Global Passive, Kanabo Active, and Kanabo Passive. Furthermore, all of that makes it an interesting rank to invest in.
