Unlocking Her Ladyship’s Chamber diary reveals the special effects provided by each Bedroom when you call the day inside them in Blue Prince. 

Her Ladyship’s Chamber is one of the unique rooms that comes with its own drafting requirement. It only appears when you are drafting a room in the west wing with a door facing south. While drafting Her Ladyship’s Chamber itself is a separate puzzle, it also features a dedicated puzzle within the room—Her Ladyship’s Sleep Diary. You will find the diary locked, requiring a special key called the Diary Key to open.

Where To Find the Diary Key in Blue Prince?

The Diary Key is located in a secret area inside the Tomb. However, to access the area, you first need to light two candles there. To do this, you can either purchase the Torch from the Armory or craft the Burning Glass from the Workshop. After obtaining either item, place it in the Coat Check if the Tomb is not your outer room for the day.

Draft the Tomb the next day and retrieve the Torch or Burning Glass from the Coat Check. Light the two unlit candles on the west side of the Tomb, found at the far end. This reveals a secret area inside the Tomb containing a grave with a photo placed on top. Look behind the photo to find the hidden Diary Key.

What’s Inside Her Ladyship’s Chamber Diary in Blue Prince?

Once you have the key, head to Her Ladyship’s Chamber. Since it is a challenging task to draft this room, check the Diary Key at the Coat Check and retrieve it when you draft the room. Use the Diary Key to unlock the diary in Her Ladyship’s Chamber. The diary contains important notes explaining the unique effects each Bedroom provides when you call the day inside them.

• Her Ladyship’s Chambers: Lose 10 steps the next day but gain one star in the sky.
• Guest Bedroom: Nothing special.
• Bunk Room: Find a flower laid in the Tomb.
• Servant’s Quarters: Lose half your total steps, but gain one Dice.
• Master Bedroom: Start the day with more Footsteps.

Additionally, you will find a sketch of the Outer Room and the West Gate Path, hinting at another clue for the later puzzle.
