Igneous Hammer PvE God Roll

Our choices for the Igneous Hammer PvE God Roll are:

BarrelChambered Compensator
MagazineAppended Mag
Column 3 TraitHeal Clip
Column 4 TraitFrenzy

Hand Cannons can be slightly lack luster in PvE due to their low fire rate and low base reload. However, they still pack a massive punch and are great for anti-champion weapons in end game PvE. Recently, they have received a few minor buffs to their primary pain points make them a suitable weapon regardless of content.

Overall, there is really only one perk combination that you should be striving for and that’s Heal Clip and Frenzy. This combo boosts your stats making the weapon feel significantly better and a perk that heals you on reloading after a kill. The other perks don’t matter nearly as much so feel free to experiment with your barrel and masterworks for what suits you best. If you want an add clear version of this weapon, you can opt for Rapid Hit and Incandescent; although, its not really a great add clear weapon and their are stronger options for that style of play.

Other great Hand Cannons to substitute for this weapon in PvE include:

Igneous Hammer PvP God Roll

Our choices for the Igneous Hammer PvP God Roll are:

BarrelFluted Barrel
MagazineRicochet Rounds
Column 3 TraitKeep Away
Column 4 TraitEye of the Storm

Hand Cannons really shine in PvP as they are the ultimate dueling weapons. With decent range and accuracy, while still packing a punch, these weapons are PvP mains favorites. While META’s tend to shift and change often in Destiny’s PvP sandbox, Hand Cannons of all Frames always find a way to compete.

Hand Cannons are a really good dueling weapon so we are going to focus on stats that help the gun perform better and gives us more accuracy to ensure we win our gun fights. While there are a lot of favorite PvP focused perks in the perk pool, the pairing of Keep Away and Eye of the Storm perks accomplishes this vision with no drawbacks.

This weapon is a community favorite hand cannon for its powerhouse of base stats and strong perk pool making this a must have for any aspiring crucible guardian.

Other great Hand Cannons to substitute for this weapon in PvP include:

  • Round Robin, from Neomuna on Neptune
  • Eyasluna, from the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon
  • Fatebringer, from the Vault of Glass Raid
