Should You Play This Build?
The Stamina Sorcerer PVE build is for players that are looking to complete solo content or small group content on a class that offers insane damage as well as great survivability. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or seasoned player, there is a build option for you!
Skills
There are various skill options that can work for the Stamina Necromancer, so choose what works best for you and your play style
Bar One Dual Wield: damage and DoTs
Bound Ornaments: Slotting this increases your max stamina as well as gives your light and heavy attacks to summon a bound weapon, attacking enemies for physical damage
Deadly Cloak: Grants you major evasion, reducing your damage taken
- [flex for better sustain and healing] Consuming Trap: Deals magic damage to enemies and if an enemy dies you restore magicka and stamina. It also provides a heal to yourself
Hurricane: Summon winds around you, dealing physical damage overtime to nearby enemies. As time goes on the aoe target area grows around you
Bloodthirst: a spammable dual wield ability that increases the damage with each strike and also heals you for a portion of it Whirling Blades: Spin into enemies, dealing physical damage
Flawless Dawnbreaker: Powerful ultimate that deals physical damage over time, and increases your weapon damage for 20 seconds
Bar Two Bow: Dots, buffs and heals
Barbed Trap: Sets a trap at in front of you that deals physical damage to enemies and grants you minor force, increasing critical damage
Razor Caltrops: Caltrops fall over enemies in the target area, causing physical damage over time and also reducing their movement speed, as well as applying major breach
Critical Surge: Gain Major Brutality and Major Sorcery, which increases your weapon and spell damage
Endless Hail: Arrows rain down on enemies within the aoe area, dealing physical damage over time
Echoing Vigor: A burst heal that heals you and nearby allies Greater Storm Atronach: Storm Atronach is summoned and deals shock damage to nearby enemies while also stunning them

ROTATION
EASY MODE: Swap Barb trap to front dropping deadly cloak, swap Echoing Vigor to front dropping Shrouded Dagger. Maintain bound ornaments, Barb Trap, hurricane and using Whirling Blades as a filer and Echoing Vigor as a heal.
PRE BUFF: cast crit surge, Endless Hail, Razor Caltrops, close distance and lay down Trap, bar swap
cast ornaments, cloak, hurricane and 2x Shrouded Dagger and move to reapply buffs/DoTs
Remember, longest to shortest in rotation, after awhile they will be on different times, so use Shrouded Dagger as a filer, but really no more than 2-3x unless in execute range around 25% health

Balorgh (ultimate burst): found in Veteran dungeon March of Sacrifices DLC Wolfhunter

- (2 items) When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon Damage and Spell Damage equal to the amount of total Ultimate consumed, and Physical and Spell Penetration equal to 23 times the amount for 12 seconds.
Bloodspawn (utility): found in Veteran dungeon in Spindleclutch 2 base game
- (1 item) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
- (2 items) When you take damage, you have a 6% chance to generate 13 Ultimate and increase your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 3731 for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
Engine Guardian (sustain): found in Veteran dungeon Darkshade Caverns 2
- (1 item) Adds 129 Health Recovery
- (2 items) When you use an ability, you have a 25% chance to summon a Dwemer automation to restore 550 Stamina or Magicka or 1955 Health to you every 0.5 seconds for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

Vicious Serpent: obtained in trial Hel Ra Citadel, Aetherian Archive and Sanctum Ophidia

- (3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.
- (4 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
- (5 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage, Reduces the cost of your Stamina Abilities by 8%. When an enemy you have recently damaged dies, you restore 2454 Stamina and gain Major Expedition for 8 seconds, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%. These effects can occur once every second.

Set bonus

Perfected Thunderous Volley: Veteran Maelstrom Arena in Orsinium
- (2 items) Adds 526 Weapon Critical, Increases the damage Volley deals by 430 each tick. This bonus increases by 143 every time Volley ticks, up to a maximum of 8 times

- (5 items) Dealing damage with a Light or Heavy Attack grants you a stack of Burning Heart for 5 seconds, up to 5 stacks. While you have 5 stacks, you generate an aura of wrath, granting you Major Berserk, increasing your damage done by 10%. While you have an aura of wrath, allies within 12 meters of you gain Minor Berserk, increasing their damage done by 5%.
Perfected Arms of Relequen: obtained in Veteran Cloudrest Trial

- (3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%.

- (5 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina, Your Light and Heavy attacks apply a stack of harmful winds to your target for 5 seconds. Harmful winds deal 52 Physical Damage every 1 second. This effect can stack once every half second, up to 10 times and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

- Khajiit = critical damage is optimal for PvE DPS along with all around good max stats and recovery.

CONSUMABLES
- Food: Artaeum Takeaway Broth or Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables if playing group PVE
- Artaeum Takeaway Broth: Increases max health by 3326 and health recovery by 406 and max stamina by 3080 and stamina recovery by 338 for 2 hours
- Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables: Increase max health by 5395 and stamina by 4936 for 60 minutes
- Potions: Weapon Damage or Weapon Crit
- Essence of Weapon Power: = Increases weapon damage, grants major savagery increasing weapon critical, restores stamina, and increases stamina recovery. A great option if you want to go full damage
- Essence of Weapon Critical: Gives you Major Savagery, increasing your weapon critical, restores health and stamina immediately and increases your health and stamina recovery. Another great option for increased damage
- Essence of Health/Tri-Pots: Restores Magicka, Stamina, and Health. These are great to use if you’re having issues with survivability and/or sustain
- Poisons: Damage Health
- Damage Health: Deals poison damage. Poison damage is applied to 20% of the time on light attacks, heavy attacks, or weapon abilities. If you slot this it does suppress your weapon enchantments
- Scrolls: If you need to level CP, scrolls from the crown store can help make the leveling process much faster! While using these scrolls they increase the rate that you earn experience points
MUNDUS STONE
- 60% critical or higher
- Increases Critical Damage and Healing by 11%. With 7 Divines armor pieces: Increases Critical Damage and Healing by 17%
- 59% critical or lower
- The Thief: Increases the Critical Strike rating by 1333. With 7 Divines armor pieces: Increases the Critical Strike rating by 2167
ATTRIBUTE POINTS
Aim for 22,000 health or more with food on. With my champion points/race/etc. I have all 64 points into stamina. You may not, hit the HP with food on then rest into stamina.

- Fighting Finesse 50 [slot-able] Increases your Critical Damage and Critical Healing done by 2% per stage.
- Helps with overall damage running high critical chance/damage
- Backstabber 50 [slot-able] Increases your Critical Damage done by 3% per stage against enemies you are flanking.

- Helps with overall damage as mainly your sub and dagger are source of damage

- Treasure Hunter 50 [slot-able] Increase the quality of items you find in treasure chests.
- Helps with farming gear
- Rationer 30 [slot-able] Adds 10 minutes to the duration of any food or drink that increases your character’s stats per stage.

- Liquid Efficiency 75 [slot-able] Whenever you use a potion or poison you have a 10% chance to not consume it.
- Helps save gold
- Steed’s Blessing 50 [slot-able] Increases your out of combat Movement Speed by .4% per stage.
