How to Complete All Hallows’ Eve Quest
The ‘All Hallows’ Eve’ quest in Fallout 4 is part of the base game’s new patch from Bethesda, released on April 25, 2024. This quest is a shorter adventure that contains a puzzle you have to solve to complete. Furthermore, if you can solve it, the quest rewards will give you some fun, new spooky decorations to use in your settlements. In the guide below, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions for how to complete the All Hallows’ Eve quest in Fallout 4.

All Hallows’ Eve Walkthrough
You must log into the game to start the All Hallows’ Eve quest in Fallout 4. The quest will automatically trigger when your radio will pick up a mysterious signal on the airways.
First, use your radio to turn into the Mysterious Signal, and keep the signal active until you get to the location. This will give you a new quest marker at the Harbormaster Hotel. This location is along the coast of Boston, just southeast of the Mass Fusion building.
Go inside the Harbormaster Hotel and head through the door marked New England Technocrat Society. This is where the signal was coming from, and you can find more information by checking the terminal nearby. Head inside the room with all of the Halloween decorations, and ghouls attack you.
All Hallows’ Eve Password Clues
After defeating the ghouls, you’ll find four numbered doors down a short hallway, which ends with another door locked by a keypad. You’ll need to find clues to solve the password puzzle.
First, and most importantly, Dr. Santiago was one of the ghouls in the front room. He was wearing a pumpkin mask labeled ‘Jack O’Lantern Mask,’ which you must equip and put on.
Then, in the hallway, look for a quest marker drawing your attention to Lana’s Notes. Pick it up, and you’ll find some written notes and clues to help you figure out the passcode. You may be required to attempt to bypass the door before this quest marker pops up.
The number of items in the rooms tells you the number on the passcode. Furthermore, the room numbers tell you the placement of that number in the code.
Therefore, since there are four specimen jars, three skull candles, 4 teddy bears, and 6 jack o’lanterns in rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4, the passcode is 4346. All Hallow’s Eve Door Passcodes:
- First digit 4
- Second digit 3
- Third digit 4
- Fourth digit 6
All Hallows’ Eve Quest Rewards in Fallout 4
Once you get past the door with the passcode, investigate the control panel straight ahead. Check the Systems Controls, where you can disable the AI control system and unlock the safe.
Finally, on the desk to the left of the terminal, pick up the Picket Fences Halloween Special magazine. Collecting these issues will unlock multiple new Halloween decorations for your settlement!
