In the Shadow of the Estate Quest
Travel to Feldcroft Estate
- Meet Sebastian in Feldcroft
- Follow Sebastian
- When you arrive, enter the house to trigger a cut scene
- Speak with Anne and Solomon
- Solomon is outside the house and easiest to speak to first
- Next, head inside the house to speak to Anne
- Talk to Sebastian
- Follow Sebastian
- He wants to show you where the curse occurred
Defend Feldcroft

- As you make your way up to the plateau you’ll encounter goblin enemies
- A second wave will appear after you’ve finished the first
- Follow Sebastian
- Speak with him and he’ll tell you what happened to Anne
- Search the estate for clues
- Revelio is an easy way to highlight nearby clues to investigate
- There is a pickax near where you’re first standing, then a rack of weapons farther ahead
- Run back past Sebastian and there is a boiler looking metal structure a bit to the right
- Head up the path towards the house and cast Revelio
- Take a look at the well and then the bench beyond it
- Recast Revelio and head into the house to find what looks like a portrait leaning against the right hand wall
- Talk to Sebastian
Inside the Cellar
- Search the estate for clues
- Turn away from Sebastian and back to the room. On the wall to the left of the fireplace you’ll see a stack of rubble. Blast it away and climb through to find stairs to a basement
- Explore the cellar
- Find two journal entries by Isidora and then blast the stack of wood and books to reveal another path
- Look into the golden framed mirror
- Speak to Sebastian
Back to Hogwarts
- Enter the Undercroft
- A cut scene will trigger
- Examine the note
- It’s a Rune Diagram you can take a closer look at
- Show the note to Sebastian
