How to Find and Defeat the Katsuragi Agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Katsuragi Agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows is a nuisance for the villagers. Here is how you can find and defeat him.

Katsuragi Agent is one of the five Kurai Eikyou targets in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. When you talk to the locals during the Kurai Eikyou side quest, they will inform you that these samurais are causing trouble for the villagers.

They are stealing their animals and taking away their children as collateral. You will receive the objective of eliminating these five rebels. Here are the details to find and defeat the Katsuragi Agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Where To Find the Katsuragi Agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

In AC Shadows, the Kurai Eikyou quest provides the following details about the Katsuragi Agent:

• He is in western Yamato.
• He operates in Katsuragi.
• He is the Gokenin master.

To find him, head to the Katsuragi area in the Yamato region. Also, you can fast-travel to the Gokenin Mano location on the map. Once there, climb the house’s fence to spot the Katsuragi Agent.

How To Defeat the Katsuragi Agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Once you locate the Katsuragi Agent, you can either confront him directly or perform an air assassination. Here are the steps for both methods:

• Head-on combat: Jump over the fence to sneak into a bush ahead of you. At first, eliminate the guarding soldier. Afterward, go near the Katsuragi Agent and throw a shuriken to deal initial damage. Then, finish him with a signature attack.
• Air-assassination: From the fence, leap onto the platform over the well. Next, climb the roof and move towards the edge where Katsuragi Agent is standing. Once you are above him, perform an air-assassination with the help of Naoe’s hidden blade.

Both of these methods will help you defeat the Katsuragi agent in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. However, the recommended method is to use Naoe’s air-assassination. Once you defeat the Katsuragi agent, you will get the following rewards:
