In Baldur’s Gate 3, Harmonic Dueller is a rare Rapier and you can buy it from Entharl Danthelon vendor in Wyrm’s Crossing during Act 3. This weapon offers 1d8 + 1 piercing damage and a special Mellow Harmony action. When the wielder succeeds in a DC 15 performance check, it grants all your melee weapon attacks additional damage equal to your Charisma Modifier. Once you’ve activated Mellow Harmony with an action, you have 10 rounds of additional damage.
The best class for the Harmonic Dueller is the Bard. The Bard College of the Sword subclass makes a perfect pairing focusing on high charisma and bardic inspiration for Blade Flourish. Moreover, the Bard has an Extra Attack, giving you two attacks per action spent. If you kill one target, you can combine an Elixir of Bloodlust and Potion of Speed for two additional actions per turn. This adds some serious firepower to a cheap Rapier in Act 3.
The Harmonic Dueller Rapier requires either martial weapon proficiency or rapier proficiency. Classes that can equip Rapiers are Barbarian, Bard, Fighter, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, and Drow race.

How to Get Harmonic Dueller in Baldur’s Gate 3
You can buy the Harmonic Dueller from Entharl Danthelon in Danthelon’s Dancing Axe, during Act 3 in Baldur’s Gate 3. At the beginning of Act 3, in Rivington, head north. You’ll encounter a city street on a bridge leading to Wyrm’s Rock Fortress. Danthelon’s Dancing Axe house is in the last house on the northwest side of Wyrm’s Crossing. Engage with Entharl Danthelon and purchase the Horns of the Berserker from him for 1,150 gold. This purchase price may be higher or lower depending on the NPC’s attitude towards you.
If you’ve recruited Jaheira, you’ll also be directed to the same house basement to gather information from the Harpers about the Baldur’s Gate and Gortash situation.
It’s a vendor rotation item, so the vendor may not have it available immediately. You may need to take a long rest and return to Danthelon’s Dancing Axe to check his new stock. He should have additional or different items each time, so it may take a few attempts before you can get it.
