Where To Find Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend and the Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend belong to the Samurai Daimyo Outfit set. However, they must be obtained separately. 

Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend

The Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend can be obtained by opening the Legendary chest at Kanki Castle. The castle is located at the Kanki Burned Fields within the Harima province. Before opening the chest, you must eliminate the two Samurai Daisho inside the castle. Once defeated, open the chest to receive the Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend (Legendary Armor) and the More Damage, Less Health Engraving. 

Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend

As for the Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend, you don’t need to clear a castle or fight Samurai Daishos. Simply open a Legendary Chest at the Nagusano Falls to acquire this  Legendary Helmet. You will find the chest near the falls, west of Hideyoshi Camp, in Mount Kasagata within the Harima province. Open the chest to obtain the Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend along with the Samurai Stand on Death Engraving. 

How To Use Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Samurai Daimyo Outfit as a whole greatly increases Yasuke’s strength, allowing him to deal extra damage. When equipping the Samurai Daimyo Armor of Legend, your attack damage will be increased by +75%. However, your health will be capped at 25%. For players who can maintain control under pressure, this armor can provide great benefits, as it makes each of your attacks stronger. 

Additionally, you can pair it with the Samurai Daimyo Helmet of Legend to counter the health bar disadvantage. The Legendary Helmet’s perk triggers Samurai Stand upon death, converting all your attacks into posture attacks for a short duration. This allows you to deal high damage with each attack and provides great opportunity to wipe out the foes. However, this effect activates only once per combat. So, avoid getting knocked out again during the same encounter.
