The Blast Pendant is a lightning based accessory you can easily find down in the Underdark during Act 1 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).

In Baldur’s Gate 3 The Blast Pendant is one of several Lightning based gear pieces you can find during Act 1. These include weapons such as The Joltshooter or The Spellsparkler. Additionally, you can find gear pieces such as The Speedy Lightfeet or The Sparkle Hands. Each of these pieces of equipment helps the wearer generate Lightning Charges each turn. The first four charges grant you +1 to Attack Rolls and you deal and additional point of Lightning damage. Once you stack five Lightning Charges they are consumed on the next hit and you deal an additional 1d8 Lightning damage.
The Blast Pendant has a single perk called Lightning Blast. Once per Long Rest you may focus the electricity in your veins as a bonus action. Your next lightning spell or cantrip deals additional Lightning damage equal to your remaining Lightning Charges. On a hit, all of your Lightning Charges are consumed.

How to Get The Blast Pendant in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get The Blast Pendant in Baldur’s Gate 3 you need to find your way into the Underdark during Act 1 and then discover the body of Dhourn, one of the petrified Drow located west of the Selûnite Outpost. To reach the Underdark, you can access it through a well located in the Blighted Village. Your characters must successfully pass a check to uncover the bottom of the well, and descending into it will lead them to a complex system of caves and caverns. Once at the well’s bottom, navigate west until you reach the Whispering Depths waypoint. In close proximity, you’ll encounter a profound chasm. Employ the Feather Fall spell or consume a Feather Fall potion, then leap into the gap. You’ll safely arrive in the Underdark below.
If you’ve previously visited the Underdark and engaged in exploration, you might have unlocked the Underdark – Selunite Outpost waypoint. Utilize it to conveniently reach the vicinity where you’ll discover the Armor. The specific location of Dhourn is southwest from your landing point after jumping into the chasm. Or directly west from the Selunite Outpost waypoint.
There will be some winding pathways here, but you should find the body of Dhourn laying out in the open. Click to loot him and he will have several supplies and some gold on him. Moreover, you’ll be able to loot The Blast Pendant!
