As you discover more and more recipes, you will stumble across the Grilled Mushroom recipe. Cooked using Bittercap Mushrooms, this recipe is one of the most potent for poison resistance. As you venture across Ashenfall, you’ll encounter several enemies that deal poison damage, making this dish essential.
If you’re looking to build some temporary poison resistance for a difficult area, or simply wish to satiate your hunger, you’ll need the Bitterscape Mushroom as an ingredient. Where To Find the Bittercap Mushroom in RuneScape Dragonwilds
To find the Bittercap Mushroom, you’ll have to make your way to the Whispering Swamp region of the game. You’ll find these mushrooms sprouting from the ground and can go ahead and pick them up.
If you’re down on your luck and they don’t seem to spawn, there are two caves you can visit to find Bittercap Mushrooms. Head over to the northwestern side of the swamp, right along the border where it connects to the Fractured Plains. You’ll find a cave here with Bittercap Mushrooms by the entrance. Head inside and you’ll find a bunch more that you can collect. A second cave lies directly south of this one, along the Bramblemead Valley border. Enter this cave and explore it to find more mushrooms.

How To Use Bittercap Mushroom in RuneScape Dragonwilds
As stated earlier, the Bittercap Mushroom is an ingredient for cooking the Grilled Mushroom dish in RuneScape Dragonwilds. Retrieve the mushrooms and head back to camp. Set up a campfire, and you can cook the Bittercap Mushrooms on fuel to create the Grilled Mushroom dish.
Bittercap Mushrooms are also used for making Antipoison Potions, but you will require other items such as Harralander and a Clay Vessel to go along with them. If you only have a campfire and the mushrooms, we recommend making the Grilled Mushrooms.
