The Obstructer is susceptible to electrical damage; thus, Bunny and the Thunder Cage are the best combination for most players to farm this. Use modules like High-Voltage, Walk a Tightrope, Emergency Measures, Front Lines, and Electric Master for high damage. Also, HP Collector can be helpful if you struggle with survivability.
