What trailers have been released for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
Nintendo has released three official trailers for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
A direct sequel to the much beloved The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (2017), The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has fans excited to discover all the ways that the developers at Nintendo have refined and built upon the story and gameplay seen in the previous title.
Nintendo began releasing official trailers in September of last year. The game is set to officially release on May 12, 2023!

Official Nintendo Trailers
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an upcoming 2023 action-adventure game developed by Nintendo EPD and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. As a sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (2017), Tears of the Kingdom is said to retain many aspects of its predecessor.
This will include the vast open-world environment of Hyrule, which has been expanded to allow for more vertical exploration than before. The Sky Islands, as the name implies, are a series of large and small land masses floating at various heights in the skies above Hyrule.
Moreover, in a rare change from previous titles, Tears of the Kingdom will also serve as a direct continuation of the Breath of the Wild story. Historically, this is not been something which has happened often in the series. Accordingly, Breath of the Wild director Hidemaro Fujibayashi and Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma are reprising their roles.
