Sword and Shield provide you with excellent survivability and a very balanced playstyle in most scenarios. The wand is a ranged weapon that can also provide support to your party members in small bursts.

Knowing when and where to use the skills for maximum efficiency will make you an amazing Healer. This is a great setup but your DPS will be very low.
