Glissando-47 is a Precision Frame Strand Scout Rifle that can be obtained as a drop from any Legendary Engram or from Banshee-44 as of Season of the Deep. Scout Rifles are the ultimate long range primary. So it stands to reason that they excel in long range engagements but suffer in close range fights. This is true in both PvE and PvP. Precision Frames are the second slowest firing scouts rifles so they tend to be average in PvE but really good in PvP. Certain Strand weapons can roll with the elemental specific trait Hatchling.

How to Get the Glissando-47 God Roll in Destiny 2
Glissando-47 can be obtained by a random legendary engram drops or from rank up packages at Banshee-44 in the tower. You can rank up Banshee-44 easily by dismantling weapons and armor you don’t need, and by completing his daily bounties. You can also check Banshee-44’s rotating weapon inventory for possible rolls.

Scout Rifles are great in end-game PvE where you have a lot of distance to keep your enemies away from you. They are a poor choice when close quarters fighting is about the only way to go. They only do average damage, but their range more than makes up for that short coming. Stand back and plink away at your enemies. Its not the most fun playstyle, but it gets the job done safely.
As with most primary weapons, barrel and magazine options aren’t as important as the main Column traits. The best choices are ones that improved recoil direction, range, and magazine capacity or reload. Arrowhead Brake and Appended Mag are great options for this particular weapon. The masterwork isn’t as important as even these, although reload speed won’t do you much good with this weapon if you get Reconstruction.
Reconstruction is the best perk to get in column 3 by far, but Discord or Overflow are also decent options if you build into them. The traits in Column 4 are less interesting, with One for All being the best all rounder and Hatching being a decent choice for Strand synergy. In all fairness, this weapon being strand is the only thing it has going for it.

Scouts aren’t always the best choice in PvP, until you are in a situation where they are, and then they are the only choice. This is typically true in larger maps with longer ranges with good sight lines. While they lack the one shot potential of snipers, they are a bit more forgiving. In the right hands, Scouts can absolutely destroy an enemy team with no long range option.
For our barrel and magazine options we want to maximize our range. Hammer-Forged Rifling and Smallbore do this with no negatives, and Ricochet Rounds for our magazine is always the best choice, although High-Caliber Rounds can be fun if you enjoy flinching your enemies.
There are a couple options for the god roll here, although I tend to favor passive bonuses that help my neutral game with little effort. Keep Away and Opening Shot are absolutely the best option for this. If you prefer a more active playstyle, try the Discord/Harmony Combo.
