You can loot the Cyclopean Thunder from the chest on top of the ruined bridge between the Excavation Site and Volcanic Island Camp. When you leave the Volcanic Island Camp, turn right, and you will need to defeat all goblins and bandits fighting there. As a result, being at least level 20 is recommended.
Locate Chest with Cyclopean Thunder
The chest with Cyclopean Thunder is on top of the bridge next to the Volcanic Island camp. A natural path leads to it on the north side.
It might be challenging to reach the edge of the ruined bridge in Agamen ruins, so climb on the nearby rocky shelf and make a long jump to the bridge. This rocky shelf is on the natural wall beside the ruined bridge tower. It may take a few times before you make a jump, but it’s possible. Ensure you are not over the carry limit to make the task more manageable. This ornate chest is easy to spot from the path leading to it.
