The Destroyer Samurai Armor is a late-game armor that can be obtained by progressing through Yasuke’s questline in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. 

While Assassin’s Creed Shadows includes numerous flashy Legendary armor sets, some are more useful than others. The Destroyer Samurai Armor stands out as one of the best armors in the game overall. Being an exclusive armor for Yasuke, it can be obtained by following his main questline.

Where To Find Destroyer Samurai Armor in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Destroyer Samurai Outfit set includes Destroyer Samurai Armor and Destroyer Samurai Helmet. Unlike most other Legendary outfit sets, both pieces are obtained together. 

You can acquire the Destroyer Samurai Armor and the Destroyer Samurai Helmet by assassinating Kimura Kei during the Fighting for the Cause quest. It is a part of Yasuke’s main storyline and becomes available only near the end of the game upon reaching Story Act 3. It is one of the most challenging quests in the entire game, so be prepared for an intense fight. 

After defeating many powerful enemies at the Hibuse Fudo Temple, you will encounter Kimura Kei in a wooden house. The boss battle with the Templar is highly challenging and has three phases. Upon defeating Kimura Kei, you will receive the Destroyer Samurai Armor and the Destroyer Samurai Helmet. Additionally, you will receive the Reduced Impact and Damage per Missing Health Engraving.

How To Use Destroyer Samurai Armor in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

The Destroyer Samurai Armor is simply one of the best armor in the game, thanks to its unique perk. It reduces the impact of the enemy, increasing your chance of survival during tougher battles. Despite its incredible benefits, the armor is only obtainable during the later part of the game.

Additionally, you can increase your damage output by pairing it with the Destroyer Samurai Helmet. It provides a 10% damage boost for every 10% of your missing health, meaning the lower your health, the stronger your attacks become.
