Envoy’s Amulet can empower your Persuasion checks, and you can get it in the Underdark during Act 1 of Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Envoy’s Amulet
In Baldur’s Gate 3 the Envoy’s Amulet is a necklace that can be used to influence the outcome of Persuasion checks once per Long Rest. The Voice of the Circle feature is a class action which grants an ally a +2 bonus to Persuasion Checks.
Persuasion is a Charisma skill and can be used sometimes during dialogue in order to get your way, clear a path, or charm NPCs into giving you what you want/need for a quest. This could be a handy accessory to pair with a high Charisma class such as Sorcerer or Warlock in your party.

How to Get Envoy’s Amulet in Baldur’s Gate 3.
To get the Envoy’s Amulet in Baldur’s Gate 3 you’ll need to deliver True Soul Nere’s head to Sovereign Spaw in the Underdark during Act 1. The easiest way of getting into the Underdark requires visiting the Blighted Village. Enter the Village from the south to avoid an ambush at the east entrance. You’re looking for the well in about the center of the village. Click to interact with the Well and you only need to pass a low DC roll in order to see the bottom. Climb down and you’ll be inside the Whispering Depths
Within the caves of the Whispering Depths you’ll find a number of spiders to fight. This includes the Phase Matriarch Spider boss up on some webbing in the northwest/portion. Down beneath here you will see a glowing green chasm. Once the spiders have been taken care of, cast Feather Fall on yourself and your party. Then, jump in.
From the spot where you land you’ll want to head northwest to find the Myconid Colony. Convince them to let you in and then look for Sovereign Spaw, who is holding court up on top of large orange mushrooms in the center of the Colony.
Defeat the Duergar Intruders
Speak with Spaw and he will give you the quest Defeat the Duergar Intruders. Agree and head southwest to the Decrepit Village. Play it safe here and only approach the Village from above (this should be easy because it’s the most direct way to get there from the Colony). You will have to fight and defeat the Duergar here to complete this first quest. Initiate attack from Stealth and that should give you a leg-up on the fight.
Then return to Sovereign and he will reward you by opening the seal to the doorway nearby Derryth Bonecloak. Inside you can find the Shadow of Menzoberranzan.
He will also follow up by telling you of Nere, and asking you to now hunt down the Drow and bring Spaw his head.
Deliver Nere’s Head
Completing this quest can benefit you in many ways, not least of which is receiving the Disintegrating Night Walkers as loot dropped by Nere. Follow our Grymforge Guide to find him trapped in the rubble of a cave-in. Essentially, you need to return to the Decrepit Village and use the boat at the docks there to travel to the Abandoned Refuge. Once there, you’ll find out that Nere is a True Soul who has become trapped following a cave-in. You can help him escape and then fight him, or let him die passively in the rubble. Once Nere is dead, you can interact with his body and choose to cut off the head. Use the the Myconid Colony waypoint to fast travel back to Spaw. Speak with him, and he’ll reward you with the Envoy’s Amulet!
