How to Get the Explorer’s Ring in BG3? Explained
To get the Explorer’s Ring in Baldur’s Gate 3, you need to find the Bibberbang Grotto in the far northwest corner of the Underdark and jump across ledges to loot the ring from a skeleton.
First, you can reach the Underdark in BG3 by climbing down the Well in the Blighted Village. Then, you’ll be in the Whispering Depths, where you can face the Phase Spider Matriarch. After you’ve beaten her, cast Feather Fall on yourself and your party. Now you can jump into the green glowing chasm to reach the Underdark.
Next, after you land in the Underdark make your way northwest until you reach the Myconid Colony. Here you can meet a merchant named Derryth Bonecloak. She’ll tell you about her missing husband, which will give you the side quest Find the Mushroom Picker. Baelen can also be found at the Bibberbang Grotto.
Head west from the Myconid Colony and then north. When you reach the edge of the field of glowing green mushrooms, look off to your left. You should see a rock ledge protruding out. Jump onto the ledge, then keep jumping around the edge of the mushroom field. Just past the northernmost point, you will find a skeleton. Loot the body to take the Explorer’s Ring.
