The Best Craftable Set in ESO: Order’s Wrath
Order's Wrath is one of three craftable sets in High Isle and Amenos. It has an enormous boost to critical damage/healing and critical rating and what I believe is the best overall craftable set in the game. I tested the DPS vs commonly used sets and I want to show you the results, a sample builds and how to get this set. This set is meant to replace some commonly used sets like Mother's Sorrow, Medusa, Leviathan and or Hunding's Rage or Law of Julianos.  Why is this set so good? The bonus is not a "named" buff, thus giving you additional critical damage and healing that STACKS ON TOP OF minor and major force. In PvE, you can use Barb Trap or Channeled Acceleration in order to get minor and typically a healer/tank will use Aggressive Horn to skyrocket your DPS on boss phases. ESO is adding High Isle Chapter and will be in June 6th on PC, here's the gear and how to get ahold of it! Blessing of High Isle Overland (2 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka (3 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery (4 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka (5 items) When you are healed while in combat, increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by 369 for 5 seconds. Coral Riptide Trial (2 items) Adds 657 Critical Chance (3 items) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%. (4 items) Adds 1487 Offensive Penetration (5 items) Increase your Weapon and Spell Damage by up to 740 based on your missing Stamina. Here's a list of the new gear sets from Ascending Tide and Update 33 ESO coming to PC March 14th, dungeons, monster & PvP. TLDR a few game changers and a lot of junk. Keep in mind this is in testing and could change. Dungeon Gear Sets Coral Aerie: Summerset location Maligalig’s Maelstrom - Light 2 – Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka 3 – Adds 4% Healing Done 4 – Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage 5 – On overhealing yourself or a group member with a Direct Heal, apply Maligalig’s Maelstrom to the target for 6 seconds that deals Shock Damage to enemies within 7 meters. This damage is based on 33% of the overhealed amount, up to 3300. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds. Thoughts: I couldn't see using this over SPC or another damage set.
