Dragon's Dogma 2 - Warrior Vocation (Class) Overview and Description - DD2

How to Unlock Warrior Vocation in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Unlock Warrior Vocation in Vernworth Vocation Guild, grab the Vocation Frustration quest, head to the Trevo Mine, find the weapon, and return with a greatsword to complete the quest. After you complete the quest you can change your vocation for 150 Dcp (Dyscypline points) to Warrior.

Warrior is one of six vocations you must unlock before playing it. However, this vocation is the best if you need a powerful melee build who deals tons of damage. You can also respec your pawn, who can use this class.

In addition, if you follow the instructions provided in this guide and finish the Vocation Frustration quest, you will be able to access the Sorcerer vocation. To increase your productivity, you can also take on the Monster Culling quest from Captain Brant and complete it while you are in the same cave where the weapons are located. Please read the details below for more information.

Dragon's Dogma 2 - Head to the Vernworth Vocation Guild and Speak with Klaus

Head to the main square and find the Vernworth Vocation Guild next to Shakir’s Inn. Talk to Klaus behind the counter to obtain the Vocation Frustration quest.

As mentioned, pick up the Monster Culling quest from Captain Brant; you will complete it easily.

Locate Trevo Mine

Locate Trevo Mine by speaking with Roderick in Roderick's Smithy - Dragon's Dogma 2

In order to unlock the advanced vocations, you need to find the archistaff and greatsword in Trevo Mine. The mine is situated northwest of Vernworth City, and you can locate it on your own. However, you can make your search easier by speaking with Roderick at Roderick’s Smithy, which is located in the town square. The owner will mark a Trevo Mine location on your map.

Now head to the Trevo Mine. Outside, you will find goblins. Defeat them.

Find the greatsword

When you’re inside the cave and come to a fork in the path, climb the large rock steps and take a right turn. In the next chamber, don’t take any of the splitting paths, but instead, keep an eye out for a pile of junk twice and you’ll find the greatsword.

From there, take the straight path to go deeper into the cave. You’ll need to cross bridges and climb rocks to proceed.

Eventually, toward the east, you will find a small tunnel and the path that leads to the small chamber with a chest. Open the chest hidden between the rocky walls of the cave to find the Two-Hander greatsword.

Return with greatsword to Klaus in Vernworth Vocation Guild

Now, all that is left is to return to Klous in the Vernworth Vocation Guild to complete the quest and unlock Sorcerer and Warrior vocations.
