In many modern titles, Character Creation is part of the early game experience and an extremely important feature for many players, but does Redfall have it?
Players have some burning questions, including character customisation in Redfall, Heros and whether we can create the characters.
Does Redfall have Character Creation?
Redfall doesn’t have character creation. Players take on the role of heroes, four playable characters, each with a unique backstory, abilities and many other customisation options.
- Devinder Crousley became an author and brilliant inventor who was always interested in the supernatural and weird. He is called The Verified Cryptid Hunter. Dev fights using his inventions and weapons, providing a unique vampire hunter playstyle.

- Layla Ellison came to Redfall to study biomedical engineering at Redfall Technical University and participated in the local tech company’s medical trial, which earned her unusual powers. Now she wields telekinetic abilities, visually appearing as a purple force field that is able to help in defence and be engaged offensively.
- Remi de la Rosa is a combat engineer and robotics specialist. Her motivation to protect people around her made her join Coast Guard. During her job and many travels, he designed Bribón, a highly advanced robot designed to be a decoy, cover and attack drone all in one.
- Jacob Boyer is an ex-military and Special Forces unit sharpshooter. With an extremely sharp eye and exceptional war and weapon knowledge, he can be an incredibly dangerous player on the battlefield.
However, those four playable characters have interesting stories and backgrounds, strengths and weaknesses. Players can customise their weapons and abilities and choose from various cosmetics to personalise their heroes. There are limitations, primarily the customisation options focus on combat skills and weapons.
