Update 42 & Gold Road Chapter introduced a new trial with fantastic gear sets and mythic to ESO, and it made many small changes to existing builds.

Updated: May 06, 2024, update 42 and Gold Road Chapter in The Elder Scrolls Online. In update 42, the developers add a new trial, change status effects, and make a few changes to class balancing. New gear sets are promising compared to existing items in ESO and will change current setups. Notably, new features include a new Scrying system that allows players to customize their spells, new zones, and questlines.
